The Job
Perform audit confirmation activities - setup of new auditors, creation of customers' instructions in system
Perform loan processing & servicing such as, loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc
Liaise with BU/SU on loan / audit confirmation processing matters.
Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations
Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirement
The Talent
Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
Candidates with relevant internship or foundational experience in banking, financial services, loan operations or operations processing are welcome to apply.
Good numerical aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with systems and handling transactional and processing activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different internal stakeholders.
Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment and meet established turnaround times.
Responsible, meticulous and comfortable handling routine operational tasks while maintaining accuracy.
