: Retail Sales Associate (Jewellery)
Location: VivoCity / Takashimaya
Working Hours: Retail Shifts | 44 Hours Weekly | Includes Weekends & Public Holidays
Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2,600–S$2,800 Basic Monthly + 2% Sales Commission (subject to company commission scheme) + Annual Leave (starting from 7 days, increasing in accordance with statutory entitlements)

Main Responsibilities
Assist customers with jewellery selection, product recommendations and styling advice.
Provide excellent customer service and attend to enquiries or concerns.
Promote jewellery products, cross-sell and work towards sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with online order collections and after-sales enquiries.
Support daily store operations and other related duties.
Requirements
Prior retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Interest in jewellery, fashion and customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, responsible and willing to learn.
Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
