We are looking for an Operations Coordinator
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

Strong organizational and asset management skills
Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication abilities
High attention to detail for operational setups and quality checks
Tech industry or BPO experience would be a plus
Job Description
Campaign Asset Management: Manage the collection, editing, and uploading of creative materials for campaigns
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely campaign launches
Digital Library Maintenance: Maintain a centralized digital library for all campaign materials
Operational Set-ups: Configure promotions and new merchant stores, and perform quality assurance checks
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including data entry, menu checks, and reporting
