Customer Service Assistant?1 year Contract)
Location: Bencoolen
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:00pm
Salary range: $2800 - $3300
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
With relevant customer service & admin experience
Knowledge in ERP (SAP or similar) & Excel skill
This is a 1 year contract role, with opportunity to convert to permanent.
Responsibilities:
Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
Order processing
Administration duties
Supply chain management duties (back up)
