Our client is one of the leading Food & Beverages in Singapore and it's a good opportunity to begin a career in the industry. Your role will be responsible to identify the customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and manage the day-to-day F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcoming customers and assisting them on their food and beverages order.

• Preparing food and beverages to serve customers.

• Restocking and ensure the cleanliness of the work floor.

• Taking inventory and replenishing items when and where as necessary.

• Weekly merchandise inventory check (when required).

• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.

• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

• Ensure all delivery orders are packed and collected on time.

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HQ

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally ‘N’ level / SPM and above

• No experience/ fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided

• Willingness to learn about food and beverage preparation.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills

• Able to work during peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• 6 Days work week

Scheduling and planning minimally with at least 2 years of experience required for Retail Manager position
