HR Assistant (Employee Relations & Engagement) | Poster Design & Video Editing
Location: One- North
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Ability to help develop and execute HR communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging to all employees.
Create engaging content for various HR initiatives, including newsletters, intranet articles, and social media posts.
Manage internal communication channels such as employee newsletters, bulletin boards, and digital screens.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR communication and engagement.
Any other administrative work that is assigned by the department.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in HR communication, employee engagement, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication (including design) tools and platforms.
