Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
Responsible for the end-to-end annual salary review and bonus process
Lead the annual manpower budget exercise jointly with Finance
Analyse trends in benefits especially medical benefits and insurances and developing a proposal for annual insurances renewal and forward-looking benefits to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees.
Benefits / Leave administrator: drafts and/or recommends revisions to company leave policies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage and maintain the leave module in the HRIS system and full spectrum of benefit programs (for example, medical insurance, dental claim)
Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Requirements
Min Degree in HR or Business related
At least 3-5 years experience in HR C&B
Prior experience in handling the annual budgeting and salary revision exercise a must
Meticulous with an eye for detail, good analytical skills
