Responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
• To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties
• To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
• To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services, and other operational processes
• To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
• To assist in asset counting, tagging and write off.
• To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants, vendors, and shoppers
• To perform general administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
• Systematic, organized, and meticulous?
