Job Description

Industry: Software

Work Location: Chinatown

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Duration: 4 Months Contract (Potential to convert to permanent position)

Budget: Up to $3000  (Depending on suitability and experience)

Responsibilities :- 

Book hotels / Order tickets

Quotes – Laptop, services

Pantry Refreshment/toilet/tissue rolls

Keep pantry neat and clean

Answering of phone calls

Depositing cheques

Records leave, medical leave and attendances

Setup and arrange the conference room for meeting

Data entry for invoicing, account system

Claiming for expenses

Liaise with colleagues from local and overseas for documents

Requirements :-

Ability to work independently

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting

Able to start immediately
