Duties :- 

- Processing Parts Sales orders for External Customers

- Make delivery upon receipt of order acknowledgement for local customers with ex-stock items

- Arrange shipment bookings for Containers, AIR, SEA and courier service for ALL Internal and External customers

- Handle enquiries through email and telephone calls

- Support for shipping and outbound documentation

- To check and ensure correct documents are released to customers and forwarders

- Work closely with warehouse to ensure prompt collection of cargoes.

- To do sorting and file management
