Job Description :-
- ensure lift contract renewal to customers prior to expiry of existing contracts
- handle customers’ feedback and complaints
- support inventory management
- assist Maintenance Manager with quotations to customers
- maintain customers’ record in system
- general filing and correspondence
- answer & screen phone calls
- any other administrative duties as assigned
