Job Description

Job Duties


OPERATIONS

- Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator

variations

- Perform documentation for order processing activities

- Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS

- Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with

- Perform system receipt of cargoes

- Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities

- Identify operational shortfall and escalate


CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services

- Prepare reports for customers and operation

- Perform billing process

Requirements

PC literate

Customer Service oriented

Can start work in short notice

Working hrs: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Location: Pioneer
