Admin & Accounts Assistant in Singapore


Job Description

Our client is a local retail F&B stores. They are now recruiting an Admin and Accounts Assistant to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.

Supervise external cleaning services, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.

Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them appropriately.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Perform receptionist duties, guiding guests and notifying team members of arrivals.

Maintain and order office supplies as needed.

Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for supplier invoices.

Collaborate with the finance team on accounts payable and inventory stock counts.

Manage physical and electronic records, ensuring proper categorization.

Administer filing systems for easy document retrieval.

Input, update, and manage data using accounting software and relevant databases.

Foster effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office processes and efficiency.

Requirements :-

Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting

Relevant experience in admin and accounting

Experience with using ERP System
