Our client is in Education industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties :-
To respond to all kind of enquires
Keep detailed records of all interactions and feedback within the system.
Coordinate any necessary follow-up meetings
Conduct follow-up calls/email with clients
Assist guest to explore the surroundings
Provide guests with the opportunity to enhance their experience
Provide training to team members
All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :-
Minimum Diploma in relevant field of studies
At least 4 to 6 years of related customer service / sales experience
