Project Coordinator (Interior Design/Have Class 3 License) – Up To $5,000
Location : North East – Macpherson/Paya Lebar
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Saturday 10am to 12pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Attractive Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, sub-contractors, and vendors home renovation.
Interpret drawings, manage progress, and maintain project documentation.
Handle client communication and address feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum O level with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, hand sketch, site measurement, and drawing.
Singapore Class 3 driving license required - company vehicle provided
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
