Secretary/ Admin Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

Position : Secretary/ Admin Executive

Location : Orchard - Near Somerset MRT

Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500+ 1 month completion bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement +Family Day

Duration : 1 year contract - convertible or renewable

Industry : Power Generation

 

Main Responsibilities:


Provides secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management/ Heads of Department including P/CEO Preparation of correspondence

Arrangement of meetings Assistance in compliance work 

Organisation, storage and retrieval of documents including electronically 

Administrative duties such as procurement of centralized office purchases

Cover for reception duties, general duties as assigned, etc 


 

Requirements:


Secretarial studies or GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma in Business Administration 

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in similar position

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
