Sales Executive (Security Systems) - Up to $4200 + AWS | CENTRAL
Location: Office in Outram
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Transport Reimbursement/Allowance

Main Responsibilities:
Generating leads and cultivating opportunities
Contact and pitch to customers to achieve sales targets
Build strong and long term customer relationship
Management of key accounts
Expanding sales from both new and existing customers
Coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions
Ensure prompt pre and post sales experience of customers
Conducting bi-monthly educational sessions for customer groups
Achieving performance KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services/software to property/real estate facility/commercial/security systems
Good experience in current account management and negotiation
Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
