Working hours :

8.15am to 5.30pm

Salary $2000 to $2400 Depending on experience

3. Job Scopes

• Ensure customer’s order (inbound /outbound) are processed in a timely and accurately manner

• Send delivery schedule to transporter on daily basis

• Ensure reports are submitted to customer on a timely basis keeping to established schedules and to customer requirements

• Handle ad-hoc request from customers

• Investigate root cause of incidents and report of service failures, make recommendation to CSE /CS mgr for improvement

• Provide customer support whenever required

• Provide backup during colleague’s absences

• Inventory Mgmt

• Billing

• KPI
