Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2500 Basic Monthly + 15 – 30% Commission Per Project OR Full Commission Basis of Average $5000 - $8000 Per Project | Attractive monthy / quarterly sales incentives

Responsibilities:
Meet with potential clients (leads provided)
Understand clients' needs and preferences
Draft renovation quotations
Create layout plans
Design Consultation
Oversee and coordinate project sites
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Requirements:
Strong passion for design and sales
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experienced with AutoCAD/3D Max will be an advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
