Position: Accounts Assistant (AP)
Location: Alexandra (10 mins walk from Labrador Park Station – Circle Line)
Working hours: 5 Days Office Work Week (8.45am to 5.15pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Overtime
Duration: 1 Year Renewable Contract

Responsibilities:
Input entries into SAP system and create PO for payment.
Process Trade Invoices.
Reconcile vendor’s statement of account (SOA).
Manual posting of Goods Receipt and Goods Issued.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft office application.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
