Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter(Mechanical and Electrical/ MEP Tender)- Work in SINGAPORE
Location : Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park - 9minutes walk)
Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 9AM to 6PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document
Tender preparation including bills of quantities (BOQ), quantity take-off, sourcing of contractor or supplier, and cost estimation
Attend site show-round
Compilation of quotations and comparison of quotes
Assist in project procurement
Preparation of MEP shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, details drawing, and As-Built drawing
Update MEP Construction drawing regularly based on the layout changes
Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
Other Advanced Diploma/Post-Diploma qualification and equivalent in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of junior roles.
Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin client only.
