Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain inventory levels across retail outlets and storage facilities.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and products.
Conduct regular stock counts and monthly inventory reconciliations.
Coordinate and manage stock transfers between locations.
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate deliveries and shipments with suppliers, logistics providers, and courier partners.
Prepare and fulfil stock requirements for retail replenishment and customer orders.
Organise and maintain storage areas in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.
Ensure products are stored safely and managed according to applicable expiry and storage requirements.
Support import and export documentation processes when required.
Supplier Coordination
Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory-related matters.
Reporting & Systems
Update inventory management and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately and promptly.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or retail operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Handling and moving inventory items weighing up to 15–20kg
