Role: Call Centre Specialist - 1 Year Contract (Renewable + Convertible)

Salary: S$2650 to S$4000 per month + Allowances up to $1000 + 1 Month Completion Bonus ????????

Work Location: Changi *OR* Jurong

? Working Hours:

Rotating AM Shift: 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm

(5 days work week across weekends, shift determined by manager on roster)

Rotating PM Shift: 1pm to 10pm / 2pm to 11pm / 3pm to 12am

(5 days work week across weekends, shift determined by manager on roster)

*Job Description:*

• To consistently meet the customer centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery.

• To ensure accuracy and compliant for all customers’ requests

• To successfully cross-buy the Bank’s products and services

• To successfully migrate customers to Bank’s digital platform by understanding customers’ wants and needs

• Support operations in managing and resolving requests related to customers’ follow up and transactional request fulfilment.

• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow Customer Service Officers.

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by TDCX.

*Job Requirements:*

• Minimum Higher Nitec holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience
