Shipping Executive (Import/ Export/ Freight) - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Location : Island wide - (Marine Parade/ Cantonment Road/ Henderson Road (Near MRT)
Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus
Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customers inquiries
Coordinate and prepare inbound, outbound and transshipment sea freight shipments with carrier / customers / vendors
Correspond with local & overseas suppliers regarding delivery status
Liaise internal and external customers and resolve operations issue
Requirements:
Knowledge of Import/Export/Transshipment processes will be an advantage.
Those with Freight will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multitask
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in view of business communications.
