Position : M&E Engineer OR Coordinator (A&A Industry) - ALL WITH EXP WELCOME - Up to $5,500

Location : Based on Project Sites

Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 6pm (Saturday working hours based on site)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Travel Reimbursable

Main Responsibilities:

Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.

Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.

Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.

Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing OA/QC inspections to meet wi construction schedule.

Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.

To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendor

Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.

Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co-ordination with sub contractors.

Requirements:

Minimum of Diploma in M&E Engineering or relevant;  with at least 2 years of experience.

Willing to work on weekends if site required.
