Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)
Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create a recruitment strategy to meet those needs
Use various methods to source and attract the potential talent
Review resume, conduct initial phone screen, and assess candidate skills, knowledge, ability, and cultural fit to the organization
Plan and place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessment
Prepare LOA and extend job offers to select candidate and negotiate the terms of employment
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hire
Apply for Work pass application & PCP (primary care plan) for new onboard foreign talent
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of talent sourcing and acquisition
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
