CNC Machinist – Up to $2,800 + OT – Seletar

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 + OT + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Prepare program with the understanding of drawing details, customer specifications and requirements.
Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production team to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generated as per company QSM and engineering SOP.
Assist to review and approve of all program sheets.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 2 years experiences in 4 - 5 axis programming
Familiar with the application of CAD/CAM Software, Solidworks and PLC Programming
Hands-on experience in Fusion360 will be advantage
Interpretation of BOM and Drawings
Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
