Customer Service Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Admin/ Sales support/ Order processing/ Quotations)

Location      : Ubi (Nearby public transport)

Working hours   : 5 days workweek/ 8.30am to 5.30pm - WFH based on case to case basis

Salary (commensurate with experience)     : Up to $3800 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 to 21 days annual leave + GP visits/ dental claims after confirmation

Duration      : Perm

Industry      : Manufacturing industry/ GOOD COMPANY!

 


 


Main Responsibilities:


Process customer orders

Send order confirmations

Support sales reporting

Work along with outside Sales on customer RFQ

Answer incoming sales department phone calls

Update customer order rescheduling and open order report

Update order status in customer’s vendor portal

Other duties as directed

 


 


Requirements:


Diploma in Business or any related field

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

MUST HAVE knowledge of sales order processing

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
