Logistics Manager/Warehouse Manager (Up to $4500) - Loyang 

Location            : Loyang Way 

Working hours       : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

Assert the warehouse security, as well as security of a loading dock and the adjacent areas, preventing theft.

Manage the reception of goods that will be stored in the warehouse.

Sort the items placing them in the appropriate and safe locations, considering temperature, size, weight, available space, and light exposure.

Prepare the shipments and help with loading the outgoing items on trucks.

Prepare the work schedule for warehouse workers.

Responsible and oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities

Responsible for Incoming and outgoing of Shipment

Ensure effective planning, coordination and execution of warehouse operations

Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipments/packaging supplies

Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene and health standards/procedures

Manage a group of team members

Communicate with partners to determine the incoming and outgoing times of the new items, while efficiently managing space and inventory.

Knowledge of shipment and determine the use of resources to get things going, effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder with 3 years of relevant Logistics supervisory experience.

Able to work under tremendous stress and independently in a fast paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
