Accounts Assistant -AP/AR (NO OT)
Location : Tuas - daily company transport to/from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT /Tuas (3 bus stos from Tuas West MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Mobile allowance

Main Responsibilities:
Handle partial set of accounts
Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured and all payments are properly supported and approved according to corporate policy
Preparation of month end schedules and reconciliation
Perform cost analysis
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent preferred
Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
1-2 years relevant experience preferred. L
Candidate without experience is welcome to apply
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
