Inside Sales Executive (Warm Leads Provided + Comms) - Gift Supplier
Location : Kaki Bukit
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3600 + Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increment Yearly up to 21 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
Follow up on warm leads from our discovery call team to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
Take owned assigned client accounts, fostering strong rapport and cultivating lasting relationships.
Identify business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services that align with their specific requirements
Proactively follow up on clients’ inquiries about our products and services through regular follow-up.
Create basic custom artwork for clients, such as incorporating their logos onto merchandise images.
Collaborate closely with the sales coordinator and operations team, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficient and high-quality results
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
