Accounts Assistant (Accounting Background -No Experience Welcome) - EAST
Location: Loyang, East Region (STRAIGHT BUS FROM PASIR RIS MRT)
Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + Insurance Coverage + Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
Any other accounts related duties
Requirements:
No Experience Welcome - Training Provided
Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in accounting
Must be familiar with accounting double entry
Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
