Log customer interactions and create support tickets to track issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Efficiently research, gather, organize, and share information in a timely manner.
Prepare documents like correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents and materials.
Follow established procedures to track and ensure project completion.
Coordinate service delivery during the operational phase.
Support invoice creation and timely processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records in accordance with team standards.
Assist Business Analysts with data quality issues and reporting.
Provide administrative support to other departments or CUPPS operations as needed.
Timely completion of daily paperwork and projects.
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Collate, update, and monitor operational support maintenance renewal contracts.
Participate and support operations, and undertake other assigned duties.
