Sales Support Engineer (Electrical Circuit Design/ OIL and GAS / Quotation)
Location : Joo Seng Road (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13 minute walk)
Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $5700 + AWS
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales support and quotations.
Perform engineering tasks to support custom equipment and system sales.
Evaluate customer specs, determine design feasibility, and create preliminary designs.
Generate bills of material, drawings, and test procedures.
Ensure accurate product builds and provide technical support.
Develop user documentation (IOM) and provide customer support.
Troubleshoot operational issues, including on-site visits when necessary.
Requirements:
Engineering degree or diploma
Minimum two years related experience in handling Telecommunications, PAGA system, Electrical products or more than 5 years related experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Heavy Industrial may be considered.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
