The Opportunity:


Permanent role

Work location: Buona Vista

Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Reporting directly to the Front-Of-House Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.


The Job:


Oversee end-to-end event operations, including planning and managing casual staff.

Coordinate event logistics and liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.

Recruit, train, and supervise casual staff, including conducting detailed event briefings.

Support the development and management of outsourcing contracts.

The Talent:


Diploma or higher in Events Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

3-5 years of relevant experience in venue operations, front-of-house, or customer service.
