Rostered 5 days between Mondays to Sundays; 9am to 7.30pm
Gross Up To $2750

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor productivity, provide feedback, and coach employees
Guide and train new staff
Handle complaints and resolve issues, manage feedback and service recovery
Assist and inform visitors, ensuring artwork safety
Process sales, manage ticketing, promote exhibitions, events, and tours
Maintain brochures, cleanliness, and daily sales reports
Stay updated on policies, payments, and security
Facilitate group visits and pre-print tickets
JOB REQUIREMENT
Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is preferred
Leadership qualities will be advantageous
Service-oriented and customer centricity
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and good teamwork
