Temp Admin Executive (Up to $3,500, Central, 6 months)
Work with renowned global FMCG business
Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
3 months contract with possible extension of another 3 months
Salary: up to $3,500
The Talent
Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant administrative or procurement experience.
High level of initiative and independence, and work well with minimal supervision.
Candidate who can start immediately and for the next 3-6 months is advantageous
Job Description
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including travel bookings, courier services, and mail handling.
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering stationery, managing pantry stock, and coordinating utility/telco payments.
Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
Consolidate monthly credit card statements and submit to Finance.
Process Concur expense claims for Business Managers with proper documentation.
Send contracts to suppliers and follow up on signed documents
Liaise with the National Environment Agency (NEA) for test requirements (lab, phyto, fumigation).
Assist the Sales team with store merchandising, stock checks, and promotional updates and coordinate the collection and dispatch of product samples with suppliers.
Support any ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned.
