Mon - Fri | 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Gross up to $3300

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor registration
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Support general office admin: reception upkeep, pantry, supplies, and maintenance coordination
Liaise with building management and vendors for facility-related matters
Manage meeting room bookings and setup
Oversee company mobile phone and carpark programs
Arrange courier services and manage outgoing mail
Assist with vendor coordination and basic contract/price negotiations
Prepare simple monthly reports and manage supplier relationships
Support company events and activities
Supervise janitorial services to maintain office cleanliness
Perform other admin tasks as assigned
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in receptionist and office admin roles
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Positive, self-motivated, team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or Health & Safety is a plus
Able to converse in English & Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
