Position : Purchasing Officer – (Purchase/ Invoice) - ALL WELCOME / Paya Lebar
Location : Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT - Tai Seng/ MacPherson)
Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + 14 days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC, ELECTRIC WIRES AND CABLES
Main Responsibilities:
Collate PO to order materials, good and supplies.
To monitor delivery and inventories against orders.
To assist new project listing sourcing/listing and materials during FA/NPI stage.
Interact with supplies on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure all suppliers invoices are correct for payment
Liaison of all claims with manufacturing and supplies
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'N' Level, ITE or Diploma in any field.
1 year purchasing experience.
Microsoft office or Excel knowledge will be an advantage
Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
