Location: East

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (based on experience)

Billing Executive

Join a dynamic and fast-paced team where your attention to detail and passion for accuracy will make a real impact! We're looking for a meticulous Billing Executive to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers/clients in a timely manner

Ensure billing complies with internal policies and client agreements

Review billing histories and client accounts for completeness and accuracy

Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories

Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts

Handle client inquiries related to billing and resolve disputes professionally

Support internal audits by organizing and providing relevant documentation

Generate regular billing and payment status reports for management review
