Regional Sales Support Specialist (Building Automation / BMS)

Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7200 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Support regional sales activities for Building Automation solutions across Asia.

Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and regional affiliates.

Identify new business opportunities and support account strategy planning.

Provide pre-sales product and technical support with affiliate sales teams.

Support proposal preparation, customer clarification meetings and third-party events.

Assist in creating sales toolkits and customer-facing materials.

Gather customer requirements and work with Solution Specialists on proposals.

Identify customer value drivers and communicate suitable value propositions.

Document sales activities and prepare management summary reports.

Monitor industry trends, competitors and market intelligence.

Support tradeshows, industry seminars, strategic account programmes and brand-building activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or regional sales support.

Experience in Building Management Systems, building automation or automation products will be advantageous.

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Able to support customer engagement, proposal preparation and pre-sales discussions.

Good commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.

Able to coordinate with regional affiliates, customers and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable preparing reports, market updates and sales activity summaries.
