Position: Customer Service Assistant (Shipping/ Logistics)
Location: Bukit Merah
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week (8.30am to 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipping process.
Process online freight bookings via carrier's portals.
Follow up booking confirmation with carrier.
Prepare booking confirmation to customer.
Portnet DG approval status, and etc.
Prepare other documents, Proforma Invoice, Debit and Credit Notes.
Any other adhoc related duties being assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in Shipping and Logistics.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
