The Job
We're hiring customer-focused individuals to join our client's Contact Center team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.
Answer calls from the public and provide first-call resolution for queries and issues.
Work closely with support and product teams to resolve requests quickly.
Make outbound calls to users who request callbacks.
Handle emails and chatbot responses as assigned.
Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, and followed up.
The Talent
No experience required
Prior experience in call centres or customer service is highly preferred
Comfortable to be in a call centre role
Committed and focused
Strong communication skills
Adaptable and a fast learner
Strong customer centricity
Willing to work in shifts, on weekends and PHs
