Customer Service Executive
Salary and working arrangement:
$13.60 per hour
3 months contract renewable
Mon - Fri
8.30am - 5.30pm
2 weeks of classroom training provided
Attire: Smart Casual
Qualification: GCE A lvl or Diploma and above.
Location: Revenue House (Near Novena MRT)
Job Description:
As temporary staff, you effectively encourage the fulfillment of tax obligations through our digital services and help build a socially responsible taxpaying community.
Providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbot
Please note that although this role is not front facing, you may be expected to contact taxpayers via emails mostly.
