What you'll be doing
Executive, Healthcare Operations (Office hours, Career Progression) #HYN
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the healthcare operations team
Handling various clerical duties, including data entry, document organisation, and filing
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the execution of healthcare initiatives
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or a nurse, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office equipment
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations would be an advantage
