Accounts Assistant
Location : Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRT Station)
Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + 14 Days Annual leave + 14 days Medical leave (IF YOU ARE converted, you will enjoy: AWS + Transport Allowance + Birthday incentive + 14-16 Days annual leave + $500-850 per year for medical reimbursements + Salary increment after 3 months probation based on performance)
Duration : 1 year contract (Can be extended or convert to permanent role)
Industry : Alkaline water filtration systems
Job Responsibilities:
Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
Daily and monthly sales reconciliation
Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation
Daily Inventory update
Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager
Job Requirement:
LCCI/ACCA, Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a min. of 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point.
