HR & Admin Manager Required in Singapore


Job Description

The HR & Admin Manager will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth office administration for the Singapore office. This is a hands-on role within a growing startup environment, requiring a proactive individual who can balance HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll coordination, with office management duties including vendor management, budgeting, and workplace operations.


The Job:


HR Leadership & Advisory - Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters in the Singapore office, providing day-to-day support to employees and managers while ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and practices.

Talent Acquisition & Development - Lead the recruitment process for Singapore roles, oversee onboarding, and coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and integration.

Employee Engagement & Culture - Foster a positive workplace culture by driving local engagement initiatives and aligning with global programs to enhance overall employee experience.

Compliance & HR Operations - Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, HR policies, and reporting, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment laws and workplace regulations.

Office & Administrative Management - Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, budget control, and organization of corporate activities to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.

The Talent:


Minimum 5 years of experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, HR operations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and compliance with Singapore labor laws.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in international or multi-cultural environments, with excellent communication skills in English.

Proven capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with efficiency.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Results-oriented and resilient, with a track record of delivering outcomes under pressure and adapting well to change
