???? Accounts Assistant (Contract / Perm)


Duration: 4 months / 6 Months Contract / Perm role 

Monthly Rate: S$3,500 (Depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: East | Central | West 

? Job Scope:

a. Handle or assist finance-related functions in the following areas:


Financial accounting


Costing and management accounting


Corporate governance matters


b. Perform Accounts Receivable or General Ledger functions, including billing, managing collections, and preparing schedules.

c. Work closely with other departments on finance-related matters.

d. Prepare and submit reports to internal and external parties on a regular basis.


? Requirements:


Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be advantage 


2 years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage 


Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks).


Meticulous, analytical, and able to meet reporting deadlines.


Strong communication and teamwork skills.
