Responsibilities
Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including coordination of maintenance and repairs.
Manage mailroom functions, office supplies, inventory, and locker allocation.
Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and support engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist visitors with app-related concerns and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
Support space planning and meeting room bookings for internal events and leadership activities.
Communicate workplace updates and feedback between employees and management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
Certifications in Facilities Management or Workplace Safety
Prior experience in facilities management, office administration, or related fields.
Experience in customer service or employee engagement is preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
