The Opportunity - Customer Service (1 year contract, renewable)
Adecco is partnering with a leading German company specializing in electrical connectivity and automation products. We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join their growing team and support their customers across the region.

Hybrid working arrangement available
Location: Central Region
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary up to $4500 + AWS
The Job
Order Management: Handle end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order entry, confirmation, coordination of shipments, and ensuring timely delivery across the region.
Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, stock availability, and delivery status updates to maintain high service standards.
Reporting & Follow-up: Prepare and update open sales order and backlog reports (mainly for distributors), monitor order status, and expedite shipments as needed.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all export shipment documents are accurately prepared and filed in compliance with GST regulations and audit requirements.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution teams, and freight forwarders to achieve smooth and prompt order fulfillment.
The Talent:
3 years of experience in order processing experience
Team-oriented individuals are preferred.
